Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
✅ The item is in resaleable condition.
✅ You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used e-liquids.

  • Disposable vapes that have been unsealed or used.

  • Vape kits, coils, tanks, or pods that have been filled or used.

  • Nicotine pouches or CBD products that have been opened.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please see section 4 below.


2. How to Return an Item

To arrange a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  3. We will issue a Returns Authorisation and provide return instructions.

  4. Package your items securely to prevent damage in transit.

  5. Return the parcel to the address provided in your authorisation email.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

  • We will refund the cost of the item(s) returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the issue and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.

All devices are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (usually 30–90 days). If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us and we’ll help you make a claim.


5. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and would prefer an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days.

  • Return the unopened, unused item.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement.

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
